Membership Rules and Exclusive Benefits

I. Core Membership Structure and Strategic Value

The Association is committed to building a cross-regional business ecosystem connecting leading enterprises, cross-border e-commerce businesses, and innovative industries in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

· Global Business Ecosystem: Members of the Association comprise dynamic enterprises and e-commerce leaders from Mainland China and Hong Kong, supply chain experts, and entrepreneurs committed to expanding into international markets.

· Three-Tier Membership Advancement System: Membership is divided into three levels: “Basic Member,” “Committee Member,” and “Executive Committee Member,” precisely matching the strategic needs of enterprises at different stages and providing access to corresponding high-level business resources.

II. Membership Invitation and Advancement Mechanism

We adopt a strict dual assessment mechanism based on “Business Reputation and Contribution” to ensure the quality and integrity of our membership network:

· Basic Member: Any enterprise that shares the Alliance’s vision of promoting cross-border economic and trade development may submit an expression of interest. Upon review of its business reputation by the Compliance Committee, the enterprise may be formally admitted into the Alliance ecosystem.

· Committee Member: This membership level is intended for standard members who demonstrate outstanding industry influence and make significant contributions to the development of the Alliance. Candidates must receive joint written recommendations from at least two current Committee Members and be formally appointed by the Executive Council.

· Executive Committee Member: This is the highest decision-making and strategic core of the Alliance. Membership is available only to industry leaders with benchmark status. Candidates must receive strategic recommendations from at least two current Executive Committee Members and may only be invited for advancement following a dedicated resolution by the Executive Committee.

III. Financial and Membership Continuation Terms

· Membership Activation Fee: Newly admitted members are required to make a one-time membership activation (admission) payment on or before the date of approval in order to formally activate all exclusive membership benefits.

· Annual Membership Fee: To maintain the efficient operation of the Alliance ecosystem and the quality of exclusive services, members are required to renew and pay the annual membership fee within 30 days from each membership anniversary.

· Dynamic Fee Adjustment: The specific standards for the membership activation fee and annual membership fee will be periodically reviewed and dynamically adjusted by the Executive Council based on the global macroeconomic environment and upgrades to the Alliance’s scope of services.

IV. Membership Application Procedures and Practical Guidelines

Interested enterprises are requested to complete the “Membership Application Form” in full and submit the following supporting qualification documents for record purposes:

1. Copy of company operating credentials (Business License / Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate BR)`

2. Business card and brief résumé of the company’s legal representative / key senior executives

3. Introduction to the company’s core business or corporate brochure

4. Proof of payment of the relevant fees (For cheque payments, please make payable to: [Please enter the Association’s bank account name])

· Digital Fast-Track Channel: Please visit the Alliance’s official digital business portal [www.chkeeoea.com] to submit electronic documents online and complete secure payment.
